This trade and desk research helped Baxi marketing to better appreciate the incidence and use of product reliability to support brand and boost the perceived integrity of manufactured products, in the eyes of installers and consumers.
A concentrated programme of desk and field research was organised by Marketing Innovation Ltd to track the use of reliability messages in UK marketing campaigns. The research began with the identification of ‘reliability exemplars’ and culminated in the presentation of information on the content of campaigns found to use reliability platforms in a five year period.
